chouchous

It snowed again.... greeeeeeeat. well I played in it today with Nataniel and that was fun. We built a sort of fort but I was the first to give up and give into a bowl of hot chocolate... yuuuuuum. Plus it was getting too warm so it was all melting.
Wow so many wonderful things to update on;
Solal offically knows my full name and calls me annie all the time! Its great cause he doesnt know anyone elses name I am pretty sure. But its kind of by chance, Willam the 17 year old had a girlfriend named Anne who Solal really liked and he knew her name and he knew how to say Knee so realized he could put the two together et Voila! When he first said it everyone got excited so he also likes that when he says my name I get super happy.
Nathalie told me I am the best au pair! I was so gitty when she said this! I love them.
Nataniel told me I am like his sister while we were making the snow fort. I have to agree on this. I love this boy so much. (Gracie, Jonah and Ella you guys are always my favorite!). But really I love him and this family. I fit in so well with them.

I started my new school and wow my french has improved immensly in only one week. But this class also makes me want to learn and try harder for my french which is very important for me.
I go to class 3 days a week for 3 hours a class. For the first few days I was sure my teacher was going to fall over and die or something because every now and then he would pause and have to catch his breath or he would hold his fingers to his nose like was having a migrane or he looked like he was dizzy and had to hold onto the desk for support. When he writes on the board he has to hold onto the metal chalk thing underneath it. By the third day of absolute confusion I asked my friend in the class, Fernando from Spain, what the deal was he and why it seems I am the only one who has noticed this and he said apperently the first day of class he told everyone that he has vertigo.... well he seriously has vertigo. I only thing of the hitchcock movie when I think of vertigo and I though you had to me high off the groud or something....
so mystery solved!
I bought my first pair of heels and wonder why women put themselves through this awful pain... seriously. Luckily I bought a pair of books that have a small heel to get me used to the hight difference and the pain! WHOO.
hell but i look GOOD. yes. i love them
But the big pair of heels will take a while to get used to. Plus I hate being taller than EVERYONE.
PHOTO TIME;

snow fort!

mon treasure!
they let me use their snow pants and moon boots!

Nataniel had the good idea to use knifes to cut out blocks of hard snow from large balls we made. this was a very good idea as it went much faster. smart kid

Wow I am warm in that hat!

baby working hard!

YES that is a mushroom table

sweeeeeeeeeeetest face!

this is the funniest picture in the world. He looks like a monkey sort of. he was excited about my carmera and was in mid run to come to me.

HEY did you hear the news of Micheal Phelps? Someone took a picture of him smoking from a bong and it got plastered all over the internet.
one. sadly that may have been one of his friends who totally backstabbed him
two. i read this article about it and totally chuckled after this line;

"I just hope the next time Michael Phelps contemplates using a bong, he will give himself a bong over the head, instead. Maybe that will knock some sense into him."

I may be the only one who gets a kick out of this. It sucks for him though! He lost a whole bunch of sponsorship over this.

Went out to dinner with the family tonight. A resturant on the Siene River. We ate muscles... or clams... I am forgetting what they are called... but its in a big shell and it tastes like the ocean. Apperently amercians and the english do not like it and they were surprised I was enjoying it. We it was interseting and refreshing about them. I guess its my new found french roots kicking into my taste buds huh!

Ok je dormi
its late
love
